George E Sowards
Founder & CEO
George Sowards founded RedPoint in 1999 and focuses exclusively on Cloud Solutions Architecting and Salesforce Development. Prior to entering the CRM world, George worked as a business development manager for a top computer hardware and software reseller where he managed large national accounts and was consistently a top producer. His rare blend of sales and IT experience benefits the management of successful CRM projects which often involve integrating sales, accounting and legacy database systems. George is known for his ability to quickly identify and diagnose sales and service impediments, working with companies to define their needs, refine their business and sales processes, and develop a phased approach to implementing new CRM systems. George holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He currently is a Certified Advanced Saleforce Developer and holds other certifications with Sage SalesLogix CRM and Cisco Systems. In his spare time he can be found rock climbing, snowboarding and mountain biking.

Ken Jacobson brings over 30 years of experience in starting and scaling companies as an entrepreneur, executive, and consultant. His operational and organizational experience across functional disciplines drives the RedPoint focus on business benefits that can be gained using Salesforce.com alone or in a hybrid computing ecosystem. The flexibility of Salesforce.com supports business process evolution as an organization’s needs change over time. By aligning business process with digital tools, businesses can identify and accelerate time to value to meet the challenges at hand, and those to come. As a witness, participant, and committed advocate for high performance development teams and flexible delivery models Ken guides our teams to find the right solutions for our clients. By experience we know that bigger is not always better in a partner and that the business outcomes matter more than hype. When not pondering the possibilities of the ever evolving cloud ecosystem Ken is at home in the high desert of New Mexico.
Sr Solutions Architect
Daniel Warren has over 10 years experience as a consultant and has been working with Salesforce since 2010. He quickly fell in love with the Force.com platform where he has excelled as a Solutions Architect. Daniel currently holds Admin, Advanced Admin, Developer and Sales Cloud Salesforce Certifications. He grew up in Tennessee and has his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of North Alabama. He started his IT career as a COBOL programmer directly out of college but quickly moved into providing Solutions for his customers. Daniel is a very good listener and interacts well with customers and team members. The ability to summarize complicated processes in a way that the customers and even advanced developers can relate is what sets Daniel apart from other Solutions Architects. Daniel has lead successful projects for Fortune 500 companies as well as companies that have as little as 5 employees. In his free time you can find him playing sand volleyball or golf unless he’s playing ball with his two boy’s.
